Extracted "in cold", with a continous cycle system of extraction, our olive oil, green with golden hues, fruit flavor and slightly spicy, enhancees the flavour of any dish.
Two basic types: the robust with Nocellara olive predominat and the more fruity with a particular blend of local olive trees, our oil has extraordinary characteristics, like low acidity, intense and fruity taste, strong aroma of olives and clear colour.
In addition to the classic bottles and glass, elegant and very sturdy, we pack our oil in plastic bottles for food. Elegant, practical, handy, lightweight and comfortable especially for the dispenser cap that allows us to pay even modest amounts without wasting.
