From the best mixtures obtained combining the best of the robustness of African coffees to the refined fragrances of Arabica, south american, this coffee is roasted with traditional method, using a slow wood roasting (olive or almond wood only), allowing each grain not to burn out and acquire the unmistakable aroma of fine coffee.
After the roasting, the coffee is stowed in silos where rests for 4 days and during this time takes on more characteristics due the changes of physico-natural roasted coffee, in fact, it begins to release gas and oil together then give the right creaminess to the product.
